PRAXIS Australia, an independent not-for-profit company was formed in 2015 as the result of a shared vision of three recognised authorities in research and research ethics - Bellberry Limited, University of Sydney and Monash University. PRAXIS Australia promotes the understanding and practice of ethical human research in Australia and internationally, in order to enhance the welfare of research participants and the quality and effectiveness of research. Since inception, PRAXIS has developed a range of learning opportunities ranging from online ethics training courses, through to a recent introduction of national webinars and workshops.
PRAXIS aims to be a hub; a central place that facilitates and fosters the exchange of ideas and sharing of knowledge, through education, training and other forums. The brand mark developed captures the idea of collaboration - working together through research and learning with a focus on promoting excellence. The green reflects vitality and the evolution and growth of ideas.
