The Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) was established in Adelaide in 1987 and what started as being a small conference, with a few international guests has grown to become a major event on the international calendar for documentary film and television. Its program includes screenings, masterclasses and discussion panels - attracting a diverse national and international audience - from filmmakers, exhibitors, academics, distributors, administrators, commissioning editors, broadcasters etc.
We created a dynamic and relvant brand for the conference - a stylised outline of Australia with film sprockets holes that referenced Aboriginal Dot painting. This simple and bold brand worked effectively across all conference material - from advertising, programs & schedules, satchels, delegate lanyards, notepads, pens, flyers, information brochures and postcards.
